  • Positive: Quirky little beast. Can do some nice DubStep like filter swoops when linked to an Exp pedal, like a Behringer FCV100

Behringer EM600 Echo Machine

  • Positive: Lot's of delay choices. True stereo. Excellent value. Dotted & Triplets on the Tap function. Mod can be added to all the types of delay.
  • Negative: Mode knob has no detents, only a flicker of the LED (super bright needs tape) tells you when you've changed mode. A bit imprecise.

Behringer UM300 Ultra Metal

  • Positive: Got it for a laugh really, BUT - Excellent EQ, dial a sweep. Distortion from crazy to manic. Love it's over-the-topness.
  • Negative: Doesn't make the coffee...

Boss BD-2 Blues Driver

Donner Nano Wave - Analog Delay

  • Negative: Mod is subtle.. i.e. hard to hear. I guess that's better than too much.

  • Negative: It looks like it might have two separate channels but looks can be deceiving. You have to bend down to swap channels, should be foot-able.

  • Positive: Sitting in the queue for the DS now, and the Maiden D plus the EQ Boost. Classiest sounding kit I've ever heard.
  • Negative: Might cause some dust to gather on my ordinary pedals. We'll see.

  • Positive: Good old ECC81. Very smooth operation. No loss of tone. The valve rounds off the transitions nicely. Good for guitar too not just bass.
  • Negative: Blue LED is SOoo bright. Tape cover job required.

  • Positive: Bit of a quirky one this. Phaser saves it. Phaser & Auto Filter are nice and rich. Works best with an isolated psu
  • Negative: Have to fight with it a bit to get some of the sounds to sing out. U-Vibe works but is not strong. Chorus also a bit weak.
